We are going to use all that stuff to make food on the cheap to sell and start saving for a medium house. Everyone can put crystals and mats in the Company Chest, along with gil, to help out with our house fund :)

300-400 of each would be great, button mushrooms use 3 per item so need more of those.. so like 800-900 button mushrooms. just check the bank see what there is, and grab something we have little or none of, just gather enough to bring them up to those numbers. cabbage is also needed for 2 different foods so need 600-800 of those

Other ideas for making money:
Use philo tombs to make Lvl 70 gear and selling it.
Finding rare items from treasure maps and selling them; Blue fox hide - Goatskin, Tonberry - Boarskin, Bluebird - Piesteskin.
Selling crafts to help people level up thiers?
Dyes sell well, especially Soot Black Dye.
All simple crafting items like lumbers, threads, cloths, leathers. Gather the mats and make stacks for 100% profit.
Spiritbonding craftable gear sets - They make mostly tier 3 materias and sometimes tier 4's. And large area of lvl 50 mobs, like Natalan in Dragonhead or the north of Bluefog will spiritbond 1% for each kill. In a group this is quicker.
